Material: Our cutters are 3D printed using PLA Plastic. Our cutters are super durable!

Please check our homepage for current processing times. Processing times are always business days, never calendar days and do not include holidays. Shipping times can vary and are not included in our processing times.

All cutters in our shop are measured along the longest edge, never diagonal.

Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry by hand. DO NOT use hot water on our cutters because they will melt and warp. Cutters are NOT dishwasher safe.

After Receiving Cutter(s): If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order after receiving it, please feel free to contact us. If your cutter(s) arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will be happy to send you a replacement or issue you a refund. Please contact us with any issues prior to leaving feedback/review.

Cancellations: We will not cancel an order due to processing times. Please check our processing time PRIOR to submitting your order to make sure there is adequate time to receive your cutter. Please keep in mind that the processing time does not take into consideration the amount of time the cutter will take to ship to you.
