Processing Times

All orders are made and packed with care in Arizona. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase slightly during holidays, major sales, or high-volume release periods.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

WonderCuts Cookie Cutters is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once they are in transit, we will always do our best to assist customers with shipment issues whenever possible.
