When will I receive my physical cutters?

Processing time is always changing and varies depending on season and holidays. Please be sure to see our item descriptions for our current processing times. Processing times do not include shipping times.

When will I receive my Digital Downloads?

Digital Downloads are available immediately after purchase. If you run into issues accessing your files, please reach out to us.

How are your cutters sized?

All cutters are measured by the longest edge of the design.
The handle is not included in the size measurement.

What are your cookie cutters made of?


All of our cookie cutters are 3D printed using high-quality PLA plastic. PLA is a durable, plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch.

How do I clean my cookie cutters?

Hand wash only using warm, soapy water and dry immediately.
Do not use hot water and do not place in the dishwasher, as heat can cause warping.

What makes your cutters different?

Our cutters are designed for both comfort and performance:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Current processing time is within 3–5 business days.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location and carrier.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?


Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Do you offer custom designs?


We may offer custom designs—feel free to message us with your idea and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can create!

Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

Do you offer stamps or embossers?

We do not offer stamps or embossers at this current time.

I received the wrong cutter or wrong size. What should I do?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have received the wrong cutter or wrong size. We will verify your order and send a replacement if the error was on our end.
