Thank you for supporting WonderCuts Cookie Cutters!
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping timelines carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- the damaged item(s)
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
WonderCuts Cookie Cutters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for postal delays, weather delays, or carrier-related delivery issues, but we will gladly help assist in locating packages when possible.
Product Care
All cookie cutters are made from PLA plastic and should be hand washed only in warm, soapy water.
Our products are:
- NOT dishwasher safe
- NOT microwave safe
- NOT heat safe
Exposure to high temperatures may warp or damage the product.
